  • We hold our product to immeasurable standards. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please call us immediately.

  • Mallon's strongly recomends choosing a delivery option at checkout that guarantees delivery within 48 hours of leaving our bakery. We can not be responsible for Fresh Buns if the customer chooses 3 day delivery or ground delivery options outside of UPS zone 2. Please review carefully at checkout. The extra money for shipping will guarantee a happy customer and fresh buns.
  • Mallon's is not responsible for orders delayed in transit due to weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Refunds or Credits will only be issued for errors made by Mallon's employees.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses will be charged a $10 fee plus shipping to reship a new package
